OUR TRACK RECORD

What People are Saying

“The LIFT Certified Next Step Empowerment Coaching program exceeded my expectations. I grew academically, spiritually, and professionally.  Coach Tarsha presented the material in various learning modes to support visual, linguistic, kinesthetic, and audio learners. Her passion to instill the spiritual connection with our purpose and God's glory was evident throughout the program.  Professionally, I was stretched and strengthen during the Coaching Practicum as I had the opportunity to apply theory to practice, which gave me an experience of a lifetime in changing the lives of others through empowerment and self-reflection.

Thank you Coach Tarsha”

My experience with Coach Tarsha through the L.I.F.T. Academy has been nothing short of life-changing. Her coaching is spirit-led, practical, deeply insightful, and rooted in genuine care for your growth. She doesn’t just teach you how to coach—she develops the leader inside of you.

From the moment I began, she saw potential in me that I hadn’t fully embraced. Because of her leadership, I have grown not only as a Certified Next Step Empowerment Coach but as a confident, faith-anchored woman walking boldly in her purpose.

What sets the L.I.F.T. Academy apart is the combination of biblical foundation, practical tools, accountability, and true mentorship. You don’t just come out with a certificate—you come out transformed.
